Temporary Staffing

Temping is a co-employment relationship between a Client company, temping company and the Employee. This division provides temporary staffing solutions to institutional clients (companies, academic institutions and NGOs). MS HRM & Data Management Solutions helps clients manage their short - term and long term objectives by establishing a co-employment relationship and taking full responsibility for compliance, administration and HR activities related to all employees on assignment.

MS HRM & Data Management Solutions works on two models for the Temp Staffing division and Pay rolling.

Identifying and recruiting candidates based on the client’s requirements and thereon managing the employee’s HR, Admin and regulatory compliances.

  • Recruit the employees as per the client’s specifications.
  • Deploy selected candidates at the client’s workplace.
  • Co-employment relationship between the client, Employee/associates and MS HRM & Data Management Solutions.
  • Manage HR, Administration, Regulatory and Statutory compliances.
  • Contract duration: Short term, Long term and Part time assignments.
  • Option of Absorption on completion of the assignment or extension of the contract.

Transitioning pre-identified employees of the client onto MS HRM & Data Management Solutions rolls and managing the HR, Admin and Regulatory compliances.

  • Transition of employees identified by the client onto the roles of MS HRM & Data Management Solutions.
  • Co-employment relationship between the client, Employee/associates and MS HRM & Data Management Solutions.
  • Manage HR, Administration, Regulatory and Statutory compliances.
  • Contract duration: Short term, Long term and Part time assignments.
  • Option of Absorption on completion of the assignment or extension of the contract.

Identifying the underperformers and train them and drive them towards achievement. This program has been carefully designed to maximize learning so that the employees can demonstrate superior knowledge and skills to achieve the target.

Standard Recruitment Procedures

All applicants will be pre-screened by the MS HRM & Data Management Solutions to determine a possible match for the position(s). The prescreened applicants who meet the overall recruitment criteria will then be short-listed for preliminary interviews. The recruitment criteria shall be derived from the information provided by the Client.

The applicants short-listed for their preliminary interview are further assessed for their communications skills, personality and suitability by MS HRM & Data Management Solutions.

MS HRM & Data Management Solutions will then prepare a profile for each candidate outlining the essential facts about the candidates’ background and experience. These profiles will be presented to the Client for further short listing. Arrangements will then be made for the Client to interview the candidates they assess upon reading their profiles.

Personal or telephonic meeting - Understand the profile better in terms of skills, quality of experience, personality etc., understand and counsel on career choices and preferences etc. We try and assess if the CV is an appropriate representation of the candidate.

Preparing a "skill profile", "resource summary" for our database and compute skill transportability index, resource transportability index and employability index.

Matching the profiles against your requirements and comparing the indices against your standards.

Conveying the requirements to candidates, assessing their level of interest in your company, checking if they have interviewed your company before, understanding and setting their expectations before referring them to you.

Coordinating interviews, post-interview follow-up and counseling.

Continuous engagement of the candidate till they join your company. In cases where the candidates reject your offer, provide information on the reasons.
