a. Provident Fund
  • A challan will be prepared within the 10th of every month per the previous months workings, which is payable on or before the 15th
  • The Paid Challan acknowledgement will be sent to you once it generated in ESEVA
  • UAN registration will be done if not present
  • Upload of Aadhar number
  • Upload of Bank A/c Number and IFSC code.
  • Will assist the employees with their PF Withdrawal
b. ESIC
  • A challan will be prepared within the 10th of every month per the previous months workings, which is payable on or before the 20th
  • Kindly send back a copy of the paid challan.
  • Upload of Aadhar number
  • Upload of Bank A/c Number and IFSC code.
c. LWF
  • A list of employees against which the LWF amount is to be paid will be submitted
  • We will submit the monthly exit & new joinees’ list at the LWF office
  • In case of new-joinees’, Form 5 along with their ID proof will be submitted. Theirs numbers and ID card will be issued once it is generated at the LWF office
d. Professional Tax
  • It is paid twice in a year (April & September)
  • We will intimate with the exact amount and workings when it is time to pay

1. Pay - rolling

a. Kindly provide us with all the employees’ Designation, Gross and Take Home salary.

2. Provident Fund

a. Kindly send back a copy of the paid challan.

b. Kindly provide us with the employees’ PF & UAN Numbers

3. ESIC

a. Kindly provide us with the employees’ ESIC IP Numbers.

4. LWF

a. Kindly provide us with the ID proof of the employees for LWF registration.
